Anyone who has been around the Ohio Valley for any length of time over the last ten years has either heard or seen Old Buddy Jack. This band is synonymous with the phrase "only live karaoke band" and for good reason! From headlining the annual Lafferty Band Bash to playing the Barton Fireman's Festival, everyone knows you "don't party without your Old Buddy!" Old Buddy Jack is: John Nowak (drums/vocals), Steve Reidel (bass/vocals), and Jason Corrick (guitar/vocals). I honestly feel the reason why this band rocks the house consistently, is because of the people that come out to the shows holding up their beer bottles and yelling "Hell Yeah!" -It's the attitude that makes this band happen. The music of Old Buddy Jack consists of pretty much all the party rock songs over the last two decades along with original material that follow the party theme such as "Six Pack of Sanity", "Motor", and "Take a Swig"-just to name a few. Take note: there are only a few copies of Old Buddy Jack's Home Brew CD left, and at the cost of only $5.00, if you don't have one-you better be grabbing one up at the next few shows.
